Do I have to wear a costume????

Costumes are mandatory. If we have to wear em, you gotta wear em. But it's not like you're showing up in a costume for nuthin! Everyone gets to vote for their favorite costume and you get to win a prize.

There is also a Ghetto Lou award given out by Ghetto Lou himself, to the person (or people) he feels had the best costume, but didn't get to win.
